Spring in New York. Finally, a real Spring season!

Central Park, the first day of spring. The ground is a mix of damp dark soil and baby green grass. Trees are still bare with tiny buds shooting out. Kids didn’t care though. They were frolicking and screaming in delight, running free or at least trying to escape the clutches of their watchful parents, hee-hee!

Happy Earth Day!

Welcome to my blog!

I’ve finally taken the plunge into the blog pool (it’s about time, yeah, I know). I'm an artist who loves drawing. And I thought it would be fitting to start this web diary with some drawings of Spring in New York.

Earth Day at the New York Botanical Gardens, what could be better? If you hurry, you can still catch cherry blossoms and daffodils this weekend!
